Make this fun Pick Up Sticks Quilt using a layer cake (and some extras)!
Final quilt size 54 by 62"
Advanced registration required with a $25.00 fee for the day.
Supplies needed:
- Fabric
- 1 Layer Cake
- 42 - 10" squares
- 1 or more fabrics for the sticks, cut 1 1/2" by Width of Fabric (WOF)
- about 24 WOF strips will be needed
- if using scraps, the strips will need to be at least 14" and around 80 pieces will be needed
- 1/2 yard for binding
- 1 Layer Cake
- Basic Sewing Supplies
- sewing machine with quarter inch foot
- rotary cutter
- square ruler 6 x 18" (or larger)
- seam ripper
- pins
- thread to coordinate with fabrics
- scissors
- cutting mat and small individual iron recommended
