How do I start?
Olde City Quilts is a great place to start your Quilting adventure. For the true beginner we offer our Hook Line and Sinker class! OCQ provides everything needed. Your only requirement is to show up! Three small projects are completed. The difficulty level increases with each project. The fun and excitement is contagious! After this class you will know that you can do this! We then recommend you join our Learn to Quilt class. Judy leads her students on a 10 week journey that teaches many techniques, but more importantly shows how to apply them in the future. Judy will impart her ideas on fabric selection, and also the importance of purchasing quality fabrics! This class has been taken by more experienced quilters as well.

Long Arm Rental
The very first visitors to Olde City Quilts were greeted by an unusual site...a long arm quilting machine on a 14ft table. Olde City Quilts was the first shop in the area to offer customers a 3 hour lesson, which then allowed you to rent the machine. Long Arm rental proved so popular, that soon a second unit was added. OCQ provides the same services today. Now we have added additional INNOVA computerized quilting machines and custom quilting to give our customers every option to complete their projects!
