When you purchase a Bernina with us, our knowledgable, friendly employees will always be available to answer any and all of your questions. We will even perform your first machine service for free (a $70 value!) within one year.

We offer free new owner mastery level I classes, teaching you how to use, maintain, and enjoy your machine. Free mastery level II classes are available for the 430, 440, 450, 630, 640, and 730 to teach you exclusive machine features.

We even offer a free Bernina Stitch Regulator mastery class to teach you free motion quilting techinques, and our in store service department will always be available to help you with any questions or concerns.
